But there is a
catch -
It is all very
well to say that one should become a certified scrum master and thus lead a
steady and stable life filled with growth, learning opportunities, high salary

a high level of expertise in at least one or two areas outside of the Scrum

But certified
scrum masters who are pure-play scrum masters may face a lot of difficulties in

scarce and this has led to companies decreasing the size of their budgets and
the size of their offices dramatically.

pure-play certified scrum masters are still in demand, it is much more
reassuring to have some level of software development skills or programming and
coding skills. This will give an individual much more job security in the
current job market in India.
