Organisations that have a plan to replace their ongoing workforce with foreign skilled workers need to apply for a sponsorship license by the starting of 2021. These companies need to consult the best immigration solicitors before applying for the sponsor license to get a clear idea about the various costs associated to sponsor a skilled worker.
