Now a days there is need for professionals in organisations. Companies may have open positions in their organization and would be looking to hire and fill that position. However to find the right profile and ensuring that the candidate is onboarded is a huge task. 

There are times where the company may not have the time nor would have the experience of hiring candidates or employees who should serve the company. The company may have a HR team of their own or may also opt to do the talent hunt all by themselves and fill in the positions. 

However it may be a time consuming process and they may not be able to find the right talent which is actually required for the company. The company may have to compromise on the needs and may have to settle down with what they get. Instead there are some organizations who would prefer to hire professionals who can assist them in hiring candidates for their company.

Right from hiring, onboarding till the monthly salaries is a big task.
